Rigid rules and long chains of approval tend to arrive with size. We keep the company medium-sized so decisions stay quick and the people making them can see the work.

We don't track hours. We agree on deliverables and deadlines together, then look at the quality of the work and the results it brings to the client.

The team

About thirty people, connected.

Depending on the work in hand, we are about thirty: full-time colleagues, and engineers from partner firms who add reliable engineering time where a project needs it. Everyone works with the company's internal AI assistants and its shared knowledge of our projects, clients and decisions, so no task starts from a blank page.
